CHALLENGE
The Andrew Residence was dealing with a website that suffered from dated technology and a non-responsive design. They wanted to provide their users an improved and more intuitive experience, from any device, when visiting the site. Additionally, they needed to integrate a private portal where administrators and staff could manage open shifts.
SOLUTION
The Digital Edison team restructured the site content and architecture for a more intuitive flow for their various user types. The new responsive site was built on WordPress CMS, providing a user-friendly environment for administrators to update content. To meet their needs for a private staff portal, we implemented a customized solution for administrators to add shifts that staff could then go in and pickup those available slots.
