CHALLENGE
RJ Technologies was in a strong position to grow and expand in their niche marketplace and sought a partner to align technology with the goals of the business and needs of their customers.
The objective was to launch a brand-new digital presence expanding online awareness of their brand, live support services and online part store.
SOLUTION
As a result of thorough discovery, Digital Edison was able to deliver a website which seamlessly combined the multiple functions needed, while retaining its purpose as a tool to attract new customers for RJ Technologies. The new online presence now allows customers to connect with their technicians to troubleshoot from anywhere through chat or video chat. In addition, what was once a manual process, is now automated allowing customers to quickly fulfill orders and search inventory from their new e-commerce Parts Store.
